Peachy Deegan's favorite, the signature Lavraki, flys in every day from Greece bringing you the ultimate in freshness for your celebratory meal of appreciation for your mom.
May we suggest you start with a salad! The Beet Carpaccio is artfully presented with premium blood red and golden beets, and if your Mom is a fan of the GOGOs, we think she'll agree that Ammos Estiatorio also has the beat!!! Graced with Arugula on top and luxurious dollops of pistachio yogurt, this salad aims to please. Pistachio crumble further enhances this aesthetically-motivated winner of nutrition along with the brilliant flavor of sauteed garlic accentuation.
A shallot vinaigrette crafted daily on premises is the final touch, composed of: evoo, white wine vinegar, shallots and salt and black pepper.

Here at Ammos Estiatorio, it is expertly charcoal-grilled with evoo, and finished in a proprietary combination of lemon juice and evoo, giving it the signature Ammos flavor that you will come to know and love if you haven't yet already! Parsley, microgreens and capers are the celebratory touches on top to make it a true party on your plate.
A lovely companion are the lemon-roasted potatoes, which waltz with panache in parsley, rosemary, evoo, lemon juice, salt and black pepper and just the right amount of garlic to add pizazz.
