Peachy is in love with Capricciosa!
Yo Turkey with Yo Turkey,
and the commanding Margherita below
Shocking, right?
Have you seen us utilize the verbiage YO ever?!
Yo is not even in Peachy's vocabulary, however, when you make pizza like John Delutro, otherwise known as Baby John, our vocabulary will reflect your excellence!
Hot on the heels of the Inaugural Review of Caffe Palmero, also by Baby John, we are thrilled to tell you about his second talent in restaurant form, Baby John's Pizzeria right next door to Caffe Palmero at 191 Grand Street, a corner location.
Our appetite was first ravished by the extraordinary flavorful Tomato Salad, a beacon of freshness in June. Onions, tomatoes, garlic and oil teamed up for a tantalizing taste that is simplicity at its best. Lesser places try too hard with lower quality ingredients and trends that don't combine nearly as well; this Tomato Salad was a nutritional triumph as well and it pairs well with everything you'll eat here.
As a child, Peachy's most favorite Italian order was Cheese Ravioli. With a name like Baby John, we believe John Delutro is also quite in touch with his childhood which maybe could be partly why his sensational Cheese Raviolis with fresh marinara sauce absolutely hit the spot. To review, the nicknames of Baby John (he's the youngest of three kids after a brother and sister) include:
Cannoli King
Pasta Boss
Pizza King
Yo Turkey
The pasta is incredible in itself and combined with the cheese and sauce, it is an elevated dish of five fabulous hits ready to meet your fork.
It said "Don't Hate Me Because I'm Beautiful."
That's garlic on top and it had a very short life indeed.
Without a doubt, this is the best Margherita pizza we have had ANYWHERE IN 2026. The crust was perfectly light and chewy, the fresh mozzarella was glorious, fresh garlic with plum tomato and basil added spectacular flavor and as you all know it is indeed in the color of the Italian flag. The proportions of each component to each other was perfection.
Of course, this is eighteen inch and we order large pizzas and it is so incredible we strongly suggest you treat this size as your personal pizza and politely suggest others order their own.
It is too amazing to even share!
No one has done better Eggplant Rollatini in 2026 either; we ordered it at Caffe Palmero previously. Ronald Reagan said: "Trust but verify." We trusted that it would be equally fantastic the second time and we verified that it is!!! The Eggplant Rollatini happily stuffed with ricotta sings a song of eggplant of optimal thinness and refined flavor; it luxuriates in the signature marinara.

Believe it or not, it's not Chicken Parm!
It is its kissing cousin, Eggplant Parm!
Lightly breaded and fried eggplant will intoxicate your senses as it steps out in fresh basil and marinara and ideally al dente spaghetti, the amount just right. The mozzarella and sauce further accentuate this Italian beauty.
Say, ENCHANTE, CAPRICCIOSA!!!!!
From every angle, the Capricciosa is a pizza of splendor, and note we do not edit pictures. It looks like this in real life. You excel like Baby John, or we do not publish.
This elegant masterpiece reflects well-cut appropriately styled artichoke hearts, peppers, mushrooms and spinach all wonderfully waltzing with mozzarella cheese and tomato sauce.
This is the best pizza you have never had before!
The Italian Panini Sandwiches are absolutely not to be ignored.
Meet the signature YO TURKEY, named after Baby John himself.
Turkey, swiss cheese, fresh tomato and spring mix party with the house spread, which we can reveal is a bespoke combination of pesto and Hellman's mayo! The exact ratio is a secret, however, so go try for yourself! The house spread also joins the Palmero Panini which is a delicious galaxy of flavor centering around premium grilled chicken and accentuated with mozzarella, roasted peppers, fresh basil and the famous superlative house spread previously referenced. And, Peachy employed the Reagan trust but verify philosophy again and the Palmero Panini is two for two: great twice so far!
We have seen Chicken Parm in many states and many restaurants but we do not believe we have ever seen a CHICKEN PARM CALZONE! Peachy's calzone dreams have been realized now! Chicken Cutlet with tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese up the Calzone game at Baby John's Pizzeria and gives you one more reason to make one of the 36 inside or 30 outside seats here yours. The menu is constant during the year, however it is demand-driven and expanding. We hear there are pizza and pasta classes on the weekends.
Baby John's sense of fun is unparalleled and it makes everything taste that much better, especially the pizza. We are so impressed with Baby John's Pizzeria and we absolutely cannot wait to see what they do next!
Yo Turkey is at his turkiest behavior when you consider right this second he doesn't have a website. Baby John will let Peachy know when he does and she maybe will do a new feature then and update all of you!
In the meantime, here's the full Official Menu because it's not who you know, it's WHOM YOU KNOW:
