We believe we may be the first to publicly announce that El Pote has been awarded with the "Restaurants from Spain" certification by ICEX Spain Trade and Investment and Restaurants from Spain, as of July 30, 2026 valid for two years!
Congratulations, El Pote!
Peachy got the party started with Garlic Chicken, her favorite:
PLUS, Everyone knows Spain just won the world cup!
Summertime, and the living is ecstatically sublime when you dine upon Chicken and Lobster and drink the bespoke Red Sangria crafted at El Pote made to order just for you.
Gazpacho, Cold Spanish Soup, doesn't get zestier and more magnificent than it does at El Pote, icon of Galician Gastronomy. Red and Green Bell Peppers, Spanish Onions and tomatoes cheerfully garnish it with pizzaz and nutrition, perfectly diced. Queso Manchego is a solid coveted classic sure to please all diners any time of year and is attractively presented in a sunburst fashion, a la CBS Sunday Morning, where Peachy once interned.
Summertime calls for Sangria!
We decided on Red and you should know White is also available and just as superb; it is our belief that a little magic goes into it to really put the fun in your summer season.

Champiniones Rellenos, Stuffed Mushrooms, are next in the batting order to score a home run in your stomach embellished beautifully with artisan crabmeat to make your day, even you Clint Eastwood! And can you believe it, we believe this next entree is one we have never had before: Chicken Fideua!
Spanish Pasta is accentuated with Chicken in a custom sauce evocative of Galicia. Everything here has been authentic to the native home of founders Enrique and Jose! Nicolas joined in 1991 as a waiter and always worked with us under their direction until he became the owner and he intelligently has not changed anything and only has made key improvements.
If for some reason you have not read our other 31,000 posts, be aware we do not edit pictures, and for the amount of time we have spent at El Pote, we are entirely confident they never need to edit their menu or their dinner! Shrimp in Green Sauce is vibrant and elevated, and you also have the opportunity to learn all the Spanish names: Camarones en Salsa Verde. It's a beacon of summer seafood refreshment. And it is beyond us why anyone would eat Chicken and Waffles at a lesser venue anywhere when one instead could feast upon the Pollo con Langosta: Chicken and Lobster at El Pote! It's celebratory nature especially in perfect presentation makes the July 30th aforementioned designation that much sweeter.
The final fireworks are Paella Negra, Black Rice with Seafood, and the seafood is assorted depending on what is freshest at market, and Pollo al Ajillo, Peachy's personal favorite, Chicken in garlic Spanish Style. You should absolutely concentrate on the menu page called House Specials, which is where these both are located. Every entry on it we have had at least once and is the true embellishment of culinary prowess.
Of course, they give you the right knife.
El Pote was last featured early in 2026 and they continue to show with actions not just words just why they have been thriving since 1977.
El Pote continues to Earn Our Highest Recommendation.
