The 2027 World Car Awards will coincide with the New York Auto Show in March 2027 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center.

Over the coming months, 100 automotive journalists from around the world will drive, test, and evaluate the latest vehicles before voting to determine the winners of the 2027 World Car Awards.

Finalists will be announced beginning in January. The grand finale will take place at the New York International Automobile Show on March 24, 2027.

“New York is where the global automotive community makes news while celebrating the cars, technology and ideas shaping the future of mobility,” said Mark Schienberg, President of the Greater New York Automobile Dealers Association and the New York International Automobile Show. “We’re delighted to have this internationally recognized awards program back in New York and look forward to making the 2027 Show an unforgettable experience for jurors, industry leaders and the public.”

Now in its 23rd year, the World Car Awards is recognized as the world’s most visible automotive awards program.
