Champagne Wishes: "Maker’s Mark Just Peachy"

With all our drinking coverage this morning, perhaps you think you're with Kathie Lee and Hoda, not Peachy Deegan! What fun they would all have together though. Maker's Mark has given us a new idea for enjoying them, and we would like to think it is in honor of us, although surely there are other Peachys in this world...

"Maker’s Mark Just Peachy"

Ingredients:
1 part Maker’s Mark
¾ part Peach Schnapps
4 parts freshly squeezed orange juice
1 orange slice

Fill Maker’s Mark cocktail shaker 3/4 full of ice; add 1 part Maker’s Mark, splash Peach Schnapps, and 4 parts orange juice. Shake for 30 seconds. Strain into stemmed glass (small goblet or brandy snifter). Garnish with orange slice.
