READ THIS: A Century of Christmas Memories 1900-1999 By the Editors of the Peter Pauper Press

Whom You Know has found another winner by the Peter Pauper Press: A Century of Christmas Memories 1900-1999 By the Editors of the Peter Pauper Press. Peachy Deegan has curled up with this perfect holiday coffee table book and has just finished reading it.

The magic of Christmas is like no other part of the year and all of your favorites are here: Rudolph, Lionel trains,  Advent Calendars, Teddy Bears, Currier and Ives, Mickey Mouse, the Smurfs, and our all time favorite, The Cabbage Patch Kids!  Peachy still has hers and the very first one she got was brought to her by Santa!

What we like most is the historical sequence of the book: even though times change the spirit of Christmas remains the same!  We particularly like the photo of the Fitzgeralds by their Christmas tree in 1925 and the scene of Rockefeller Center skating in 1936.   1n 1946, A Wonderful Life began...in later years John Denver and the Muppets did Christmas.  Whom You Know recommends this great stocking stuffer for all on your list!
