Estee Lauder Products: If you can't find your favorite, it may be gone but not forgotten!

Peachy Deegan loves to try new products, but once she has found one she can't live without it makes her very sad that she can no longer find it!  It is great news that Estee Lauder has a program where you can check with them to see if your Estee Lauder product that was discontinued is available through them directly anymore:

They say:

Searching for your signature scent? Reluctant to part with that perfect shade of foundation? The cosmetics industry continuously discontinues products in order to bring consumers the newest trends, innovation and cutting-edge technology.

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. understands that having a beloved product discontinued can be frustrating, and searching for a replacement can be daunting and time consuming. We take your concerns to heart and offer our loyal consumers the opportunity to easily search for products that have been discontinued within 24 months. The Estée Lauder Companies' Gone But Not Forgotten program is an industry first!

Our team will search high and low for a discontinued product, and if we find it, you may purchase up to six pieces depending upon availability. Please keep in mind that a search can only be done for products in a participating brand’s regular product line; not seasonal, promotional or limited-edition items. The following brands participate: Estée Lauder, Clinique, Origins, Prescriptives, Bobbi Brown, Aramis, M·A·C, La Mer, Jo Malone, Donna Karan,Tommy Hilfiger, Bumble and bumble, Lab Series Skincare for Men, Michael Kors, Darphin, American beauty, Flirt! grassroots and good skin. The Gone But Not Forgotten program is available to consumers within the contiguous United States.

To initiate a search for a product no longer available, please call (800) 216-7173 between 9am and 4:30pm EST, Monday through Friday.
