A native of Athens, Dimitris personally sources from Metzovo in Northern Greece the most delicious premium creamy white and golden Graviera Cheese that is accompanied by hot, crisp, fresh crackers made daily hours earlier with an assortment of bread, olive oil, sea salt and mountain-picked oregano and this cheese and cracker extravaganza is complimentary!!!
House liquor, select beers and prosecco is available for $8.
Moet Imperial Brut and Moet Imperial Rose are available for $18/glass and $99/bottle.
Beyond that, you of course can sit at the bar and order whatever your little heart desires because this is a restaurant and Dimitris's vocation is to make you happy!  We have seen this firsthand since 2011.  His son George also is a wonderful addition to the Ammos team.
If you are a wine drinker like Peachy Deegan, you'll be just delighted with the new presentation!  For both red and white wines, now there's an organic grape to match the wines-both organic red and green grapes respectively, and avid readers will remember that Ammos sources all wine from organic vineyards.  
We suggest you always eat while you are drinking, and here are two spectacular appetizers you should try to make your cocktail hour even happier!
Introducing Calamari with Aioli!!!!
Homemade Mayo, smoked paprika, sea salt, ground black pepper, a variety freshly ground spices and just the right touch of fresh lemon blend to ravish your tastebuds in a silver boat where you'll delicately cannonball the calamari into!  See how much fun it is visually, and go to Ammos and order it where you will agree that it is so savory.  It totally hits the spot after a long day at work.
It looks like it might be dessert but it is a savory sensation!
Chips Iahinakon are the very first thing on the menu, and the crispy thin-cut mixed vegetables are served piping hot, crafted in the kitchen of Executive Chef Bruno Marino!  Yogurt garlic and eggplant spreads sing backup to the uberfresh chips that you absolutely want to indulge in.
First please meet the Sweet & Spicy Margarita.
Don Julio Tequila reposado, Cointreau liqueur, passion fruit, fresh squeezed limes, and jalapenos all blend beautifully to spice up your weekend with a festive bang!  The dual action of sweet and spicy on your tastebuds has a winning effect that will wow you in its unique flavor.
Of course the bartenders are pros at Ammos-we don't need to tell you that-but now you can see it for yourself on video as Tsering makes the Caipirinha with Leblon Cachaca, Fresh Limes and Superfine Sugar in perfect proportion!
