It is common knowledge that Peachy love love loves the seafood showcased at 52 Vanderbilt Avenue, steps away from Grand Central Terminal. Especially the LAVRAKI (look right!). However, the best of the best in every field are not one-trick ponies. They are multi-talented! (See Dr. Nicolas, Orthopedic Surgeon and Chief of Sports Medicine at Lenox Hill Hospital, not a one-trick pony either and he also happens to be Greek.) So, although Ammos is a seafood mecca, you should know they are absolutely competitive with the best steakhouses in Manhattan and for the most wonderful time of the year, you ought to be eating the most delicious dinners like the 24 ounce Ribeye exclusively at Ammos.
It is gorgeously medium rare just as ordered, and the consistency can be further credited to the longstanding committed relationship Founder and Owner Dimitris Nakos has with his local Greek butcher of over a decade.
