Salumeria Biellese has been a Peachy's Pick Since 2024 and it was last featured for St. Patrick's Day in 2025 because they showed us although they are Italian, they can do Irish. Salumeria Biellese was first featured in December 2023, and they earned Peachy's Picks status in December 2024.

The heights of flavor are so great, you will be in a trance that should not be interrupted. Boneless chicken breast in a sherry white wine sauce luxuriating in fontina cheese endlessly floats like a sugarplum in Peachy's head when she is not at Salumeria Biellese. Slow-cast angus top round beef is normally in its own gravy. However, Picky Peachy is not a gravy person with roast beef and she ordered it with oil and vinegar which is how she personally likes her roast beef grinders and it was sublime, joined by lettuce, tomatoes, onions and salt and pepper. Super fresh, so flavorful, so signature high-quality Salumeria Biellese!
Peachy might be the only person crazy enough to have a column devoted to Chicken Parm, and the version here continues to shine with great merit. Every bite is swoosh in a basket like the Knicks, but in your stomach! By the way if you like basketball, Fouad is well-versed in this sport and don't miss the memorabilia that graces Biricchino next door, which became a Peachy's Pick in 2025.
On a chillier day or if you just have to have pasta you absolutely must opt for the springtime sensation: Pasta Primavera. The light cream sauce is fabulous and it perfectly coats it along with a symphony of nutrition among carrots, broccoli, zucchini, roasted red pepper and tomato. On a hot day, opt for the fresh mozzarella with house-crafted pesto which is flavorful in the tastebud upper echelons. It goes without saying that the bread in the sandwiches is fresh, fluffy and Italian just like we love it.

When she was a kid, Peachy liked to name-call people TURKEY but as a supposed adult, she likes to eat it even better at Salumeria Biellese. The Turkey Swiss may seem simple to you but the combination absolutely hits the spot and our studies show if you dream about it and wake up and get the half you did not eat out of your refrigerator, you absolutely will sleep better! We loved it.
