Bartender of the Week: Todd Martin, Bartender of La Mediterranee
Todd Martin makes an excellent Peachy!
And he is also an authority on golf.
We like the glasses they use at La Mediterranee; you know the French have style.
Drinking it at La Mediterranee will make you feel as if you are basking in the sun in the South of France with your pals Todd and Ernesto!

Bartender of the Week: Sam at San Pietro
In the movies of course they say "Play it again, Sam!" but in this column we say "Shake it again, Sam!" because Sam is a fabulous Peachy Deegan shaker and maker!
One of the very best, in fact.
And do you know who knows THAT better than ANYONE these days?
You remember he said if we got everyone to vote for him and he won the #1 Most Authentic Restaurant Outside of Italy for the Italian Chamber of Commerce, he said he would drink 5 PEACHY DEEGANS A DAY.
So, Sam is a very busy guy.

Bartender of the Week: Teodora Dolha of Caravaggio
Teodora is known for her amazing Peachy Deegan-making skills at Caravaggio, her upbeat personality, her tremendous friend-following on Facebook which is testament alone that she is a "best bartender", and of course her love of Romania. Even the statue that sits on the bar at Caravaggio says Teodora is just super!

Bartender of the Week: Jovita of Swifty's
Jovita is the brains and talent behind the bar at Swifty's, and after Robert Caravaggi who created it of course, she is the main bartender who made the first Peachy Deegan's at Swifty's!
Check out that fabulous JMcLaughlin Swifty's tie she is wearing!
To drink herself, she favors wine and beer, and in particular Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand.
To make for others, she is a margarita expert by trade, but by now she is an expert in The Peachy Deegan!

We are closing in on 200 posts in "I Drank The Peachy Deegan" and this is where it all started.
From Poland, Jovita is an avid snowboarder that prefers the West coast for that, but locally she goes to Vermont. Tuna carpaccio is her favorite at Swifty's!

Bartender of the Week: Entela Kokoshi of Ammos
You know during the summer months, The Peachy Deegan is garnished with a peach. Entela has the most creative peach cut we've seen-take a close look! The peach is sliced with an arch into the glass so it stands up properly with posture. Clearly this peach came from Connecticut and has manners. Better than admiring it on your computer, go drink it at Ammos!

You know all about The Peachy Deegan...well, you don't think Peachy herself makes them at the bar, do you? Of course not, she is chained to her laptop...but occasionally does escape to determine the best bartenders!
